Stayed for a week in this hotel in May 2023 Supreme service, excellent location, great , modern rooms, great food. All staff is highly professional and guests oriented. Special gratitude to the receptionist Gulnara. She is multilingual and was very, very helpful. Excellent guest service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values good quality service.

Food is great, pool is great, animation team is cool, especially Ozi, he is the best. Hotel staff is great. They quickly response to all my requests. Wi-Fi is bad and its paid, so I use my own Internet. Rooms are clean. My reccomendation is to not take room on the ground floor.

It’s not bad if you are not picky. Food is ok but almost the same every day. I didn’t like that it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach. Hotel provides with bus to the beach but I prefer to be independent.

We have just returned from vacation, I really liked this hotel, it is beautiful, very clean, the rooms are neat, renovated, new furniture, clean bathroom, clean towels in every day, beach towels available, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very tasty and varied, and here the staff was very attentive to the needs of tourists. I would like to mention Zeynep, our chambermaid, she is very conscientious and friendly

First off the people that work there are awesome! Great service, only we was the only Dutch people there and even in that area only Russian people. So if you don't mind it it's a great hotel. It's no a 5 star but nightly entertainment was great. Food could have been more variety. Very clean rooms and nice swimming pool.

very good 4 star hotel. Location is in the city centre. this hotel do not have beach, so you have to go with bus. in the beach is bar, so you will get drink and eat. friendly stuff, nice animation in day time and evening
